I know I've talked shit about tlad, but im going to give it a chance here.
Most of the event will be on TLAD
Schedule:

death match: while we wait for others
DD on new track, FFA and if we have enough people, at least 1 team DD
Witness protection
Lone wolf biker
Club business Own the City
Chopper vs chopper
maybe a race, to placate the racists
general dickery, if time permits
Rules:

Again, trainer use permitted, just DON'T use it to CHEAT or GRIEF. Severity of offense will determine if you get a warning or instant kick.
If you are uncertain, general guidelines:
Permitted use:
change player model, using trainer to get to an area, spawn cars*, modify car (colors, hydraulics, neons only)
*spawning cars only permitted for DD, lone wolf biker/club business (if you don't want to roll in a nasty, grease bucket chopper)
Anything not covered above is prohibited, unless I give explicit permission.
